Anna Ploegh

Former Community & Marketing

Anna came to Gray Area with an enthusiasm for using art + technology to transgress experiential preconceptions and promote social change. A West Coast transplant, she holds a BA from Reed College and was a founding editor for the multi media journal Nat. Brut. Anna has a background in education, literary arts, communications and non-profit operations.  Anna likes to tell meaningful stories that connect people, amplify voices, and inspire critical thinking about the future. Her interests include ethics and AI, equitable representation in technology, 3D printed nails, and creative writing.  Anna oversaw Gray Area’s digital marketing and communications efforts.
