Production Intern reports to Production Director

Gray Area’s Event Production Intern is a hard working individual that works well with a team, but can be a self-starter. The job is to assist the Production Manager with special projects, events, design tasks, internal organization, maintenance of systems and more. The capacity to learn new technologies is important for this role, as this position will require learning our project management software, airtable. Familiarity with Gray Area’s programs is not required but interest in digital arts and culture is very important. The dates and times of projects and events can vary, but a minimum of 16 hours per week and a commitment of 3 months is necessary for this opportunity.

  • Production experience

Marketing & Development Intern Reports to Operations Director

Gray Area’s Marketing and Development Intern is a self-starting individual with an eye for detail who supports the Development and Communications staff. The intern assists with general administrative tasks such as coordinating social media, mailings, contact database, community outreach, and helps conduct reports on social media performance indicators and aids in strategic planning. Collaborating and working on special projects and events may also be part of the intern’s tasks. Dates and times can vary, but a minimum of 16 hours per week, and a commitment of 3 months is necessary for this opportunity.
