Andy Thelander Andy started out as a designer and later learned how to code in order to bring his creative visions to life. Working as a creative developer at agencies such as Y&R and BBDO has fostered a belief that approaching a project with development-led strategic and creative thinking creates more effective work. He hopes his recent move from Australia to the US results in building strong partnerships with some award-winning work along the way.
