Kiru Mehari is an artist, creative technologist, and researcher based in Montreal, Canada and in recent years, has worked in the music and non-profit sectors, collaborating with brands, studios, and companies in exploring the themes of creativity and community.

Building a creative community based on proper attribution and research requires coordination and knowledge sharing. Kirubel believes we need to ensure that these activities are equitable and sustainable for all members –– principles he asks himself with every project undertaken. He is passionate about aligning with his values first and moving collaboratively with others.
