This panel brings together some of the key creators of Björk’s groundbreaking Biophilia App Album and concert tour for demos, insider-stories, and discussion about the creation of the world’s first App Album and the mind-expanding Biophilia Concert. Organized in conjunction with the Bay Area premiere of Biophilia Live at the Roxie, Gray Area is thrilled to bring together six local artists who worked with Björk on her project:

• Max Weisel, developer of several Biophilia song apps, and musician/music engineer on the concert tour.
• Mark Danks, software architecture, framework engineer, and developer of Sacrifice song app.
• Meara O’Reilly, creator of cymatics stage imagery.
• Noah Cunningham, video production for Biophilia concert visuals
• Elia Vargas, video production for Biophilia concert visuals
Biophilia Live is playing at the Roxie from October 10 through 12. If you would like to see the Biophilia Live movie, you can purchase tickets from the Roxie here for the 9:15pm show. We will all walk to the Roxie immediately after the panel. Don’t be late!
