Overview
Trying to create simple communication between computers, apis and hardware doesn't have to be a programing nightmare. Thats where Node-RED comes in. Node-RED is a node-based programming tool for wiring together hardware devices, APIs and online services in new and interesting ways. It provides a browser-based editor that makes it easy to learn and even easier to be creative with. In this workshop students will learn how to simplify communication with hardware devices using a ESP32 Wireless Microcontroller, manage data streams with MQTT and explore new ways to connect sensors and LEDs to create interactive installations.
