New Door Ventures connects Bay Area youth to work and education through paid, meaningful jobs, skills training, educational support, and individualized case management. Youth work part-time at local business or at one of our social enterprises, Pedal Revolution and Ashbury Images, while receiving weekly one-on-one mentoring from trained professionals as well as skills training. 93% of New Door youth are employed, in school, or both upon graduating the program.
