Adam Laskowitz
I received my Master of Architecture and Master of Fine Arts from the University at Buffalo in 2012. I have completed a number of interactive installations, notably Diep International Art Festival in 2011, Dieppe, France, SIGGRAPH in 2012, Los Angeles, CA, and HERE Art Center in 2013, New York, NY. In April 2013 I joined the Immersive Computing Lab at Intel Labs where I helped develop and design an installation in Dublin at the Open Innovation 2.0 conference, receiving a Divisional Recognition Award. In September 2013 I was featured on the BBC discussing citizen science air quality research. I have proficiencies with creative coding, physical prototyping, 3d modeling, and spatial design. I am interested in all interactive technologies, and want to harness this from a design perspective to explore people’s relationships with computers and the spaces they inhabit.
