About the Event
Part dog, part multimedia artist, full-time icon – Falkor returns with his annual showcase, a birthday meet and greet event that celebrates his evolution as a living artwork and cultural phenomenon.
Falkor’s trajectory continues to evolve since his debut set at the last iteration of his installation, one one at two two, and his official club breakthrough at 1015 Folsom, where he opened for Dylan Brady back in April. This year, Falkor will premiere his most ambitious work yet: his first experimental noise set at Gray Area, inviting audiences into a sonic landscape as unpredictable and charismatic as he is.
On top of his past exhibitions at B4bel4b and Two Two, Falkor is a published author. He released a children’s book back in 2021 and is slated to hold a book signing at the SF Art Book Fair this summer with Cone Shape Top.
Inspired by the structure and spectacle of K-pop idol culture, Falkor’s concept is filled with public birthday events, meet & greet rituals, curated merch drops, and a devoted fandom of humans and artists alike. NEVERENDING isn’t just a birthday party – it’s a performance, a reunion, and an experimental showcase of the absurd and sincere potential of a dog turned star.
Lineup

Adam Kraft
San Francisco-based and NYC-shaped, Adam Kraft is known for sculpting unpredictable yet deliberate sets that merge chaos with cohesion. Fusing electro, breaks, hard house, techno, trance, and beyond, Kraft’s sound is an ever-evolving collision of intensity and melody that commands the dancefloor. As the founder of FAKE and GAY and a resident at Bread SF, Kraft has shared stages with a wide variety of visionaries such as SOPHIE, Skrillex, Azealia Banks, Honey Dijon, AG Cook, Tokischa, Sara Landry, and many more. He’s curated and produced many Boiler Room events, shaped stages at Outside Lands, and built events alongside Portola. Each set is a genre-bending exchange with the crowd, driven by an acute ear for the unexpected and a visceral connection to the energy in the moment.

Shapes
Originating from Jackson, Mississippi, Shapes aspires to create and mix sound as an act of play. He revolves around ethereal reverbs and textural, post-club/post-trance nostalgia. Blurring the line between memory and motion. Every set is an experiment in mood, rhythm, and reassembly.

BAOWAO
Baowao is a DJ who blends J-pop, K-pop, and EDM into genre-spanning sets, and the original creator of official Falkor fanart.

bitepoint
Ven Qiu is a memory worker and creative technologist based in the Bay Area, co-parented by Chinese immigrants and the internet. Interested in how technology and institutions mediate cultural memory, they think about what gets recorded, how it is kept, and who gets to see it. Compelled by nostalgia, Qiu researches the affective and ethical aspects of remembering. They draw from their work as a tattooer, archivist, and researcher to explore the textures of memory and new archival practices. Their work most often involves oral history, field recording, body-art, scent, and born-digital media. Qiu also moonlights as a meme admin.

Alocasia
Alocasia is a Chicana music producer blending global club sounds like Reggaeton, Baile Funk, Gqom, Trance, and Ambient into emotionally raw, genre-defying rave music. She debuted in 2022 on Amor Digital with a Guaracha–Thai club fusion, and in 2023 released SONGS MADE ON MY PHONE, crafted entirely on her iPhone. That same year, she co-created the noise-dance project Bluejay Telly with longtime collaborator Starf4ll. Her latest EP, SIX FEET UNDER (2024), continues to push the boundaries of experimental club music.

exteeng
Chris Giang (exteeng) is a multimedia artist, DJ, and data scientist based in Oakland, CA. Her sonic practice explores the tenderness embedded in the terrain of the ordinary, infusing it with a spirit of experimentation and deconstruction. By fragmenting and reassembling pop culture, she reshapes the familiar into something deeply personal—an expression of the heart. Her live sets form part of a larger sensory practice that intertwines tea, flowers, incense, and handmade ceramics, culminating in immersive tea ceremonies presented at exhibitions and in collaboration with other artists.
Chris is a resident artist and event producer at B4BEL4B, and a member of the Bread SF collective. She frequently performs with local crews such as Fake & Gay, Squish SF, and Generaiderz, and has brought her sound to stages including Boiler Room San Francisco and international venues in Taipei, Seoul, Vancouver, and Hong Kong. Her mixes—featured on NTS, HKCR, IPR, and TCR—can be found on her Soundcloud. (soundcloud.com/exteeng)
In parallel to her audio-visual work, Chris has developed an idol concept around her albino Pekingese, Falkor—a growing creative entity inspired by K-pop culture and digital celebrity. Through Falkor, she explores themes of identity, projection, and influence, expanding his presence as both muse and multimedia persona with his own broader artistic universe.
