In her practice, Tramontini works with real-time and interactive media to explore relationships between technology, culture, and nature. Her interest lies in game mechanisms and interactive game play to explore and provoke potential futures. These unfold in non-linear and non-traditional forms of storytelling, allowing ambiguity and surprise for narrative fictions to unfold. Andrew Pekler

Andrew Pekler was born in 1973 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. His family immigrated to the United States in 1980. He has resided in Germany since 1995. Andrew Pekler works with sampling and synthesis to produce texturally rich and sensually evocative sound compositions. Since 2002 he has released solo and collaborative musical works for labels includung Faitiche, Kranky, Shelter Press, and Senufo Editions. Pekler has also produced a number of video and installation works – always in combination with sound. Mai Kao is an artist and researcher whose creative work explores materiality and texture through sound design and musical performance. As a producer and DJ, they draw from the tangible world – gelatin, glass, crystalline needles – to construct fantasy biomes and hi-res sonic landscapes.
