Sissy Slays, aka the Indigecunt, is a west coast voguer, entertainer, organizer, and host. As an outspoken leader in the QTPOC community, they create spaces, programming and performances with deep themes of decolonization, self-empowerment, and interdependence.

Najiyah is an NYC based architect and designer. She’s worked on projects spanning concert halls in Paris to transportation infrastructure in New York, and embassy buildings in Nigeria.

Carly is a software engineer at Waymo. She has always been interested in the interactions between humans and computers, and this class (and project) was a great opportunity to delve into those themes!

In 2015, I received a BA in Music with a focus on Composition, Orchestration, and Music Technology at UC Berkeley. I formed a music group called String Theory, combining live instruments with electronic music, and we worked on spatial audio research to mix our music in 4D. I collaborated with artists of other media to do an installation at Lucidity Festival with an immersive dome with 8-channel speakers, and performed music from our EP.
