Founded in 1970, Galería de la Raza | Studio 24 is a non-profit dedicated to promoting Xicane/Latine art and culture. Our “creative place keeping” ethos is rooted in social inclusion and justice, where community arts are central to navigating the complex intersection of urban development, social inequality, affordable housing, and the historical-cultural legacies of communities of color. To implement our mission, the Galería supports Latine artists in the visual, literary, media, and performing art fields whose works explore new aesthetic possibilities for socially committed art.

Grupo 415 is a young underground “Regional Mexican” band from San Francisco, known for their soul-stirring ballads and raw emotional lyrics. Amanda is a dynamic singer, songwriter, and percussionist, known as one of the Bay Area’s most sought-after artists. Inspired by '90s neo-soul and hip-hop, Amanda invents soulful soundscapes while blending elements of jazz with R&B rhythms, pushing the boundaries of contemporary music.

Mamboleo
Mamboleo is a latin jazz ensemble of young musicians from across the Bay Area. Combining the fiery elements of traditional Cuban rhythms and the captivating sounds of modern jazz, Mamboléo's sound is truly one of a kind. The band is based in San Francisco and frequently performs as a part of the Mission Arts Performance Project (MAPP) and at local venues such as Bird & Beckett bookstore, as well as exciting collaborations with such notable artists as La Doña. La Doña
La Doña is a solo artist, music educator, activist and cultural worker from San Francisco, CA. La Doña, born Cecilia Cassandra Peña-Govea, began her career at age seven playing trumpet, strings and percussion in her family’s conjunto. She is a student, teacher and preservationist of Latinx traditional arts like corrido, bolero, cumbia, and mariachi.
